SilkRoad Equity Announces Acquisition Of Pendulab

SilkRoad Equity, LLC today announced the acquisition of privately held Pendulab, a leading provider of Enterprise Chat, Marketing and Collaboration solutions, in an all-cash transaction. Financial details were not disclosed.

Pendulab will partner immediately with SilkRoad technology, inc., another SilkRoad Equity company, to fully integrate its solutions into SilkRoad technology’s Collaboration Management Suite of Applications.

With the acquisition of Pendulab and its award-winning solutions which boast more than 1,000 customers worldwide, SilkRoad extends its leadership in the Collaboration Management space making it the leading technology provider that brings people, teams, and communities closer together. 

Chat Blazer Enterprise:  ChatBlazer enables real-time communication via live chat, instant messaging and corporate/enterprise IM, voice conferencing, voice over IP, video and other forms of rich media, with full multi-client capabilities around HTM, Java, Flash, and more. 

AffiliateShop:   AffiliateShop is a leading one-stop marketing center that aims to empower online businesses’ multi-faceted marketing campaigns. It provides a powerful affiliate program management system, customer support solution, and an ad tracking ROI toolkit.
