Implementation Assessment: Organizations that have integrated a business model with supporting applications can typically produce results that are significantly higher than those previously achieved. The Eprise Implementation Assessment is designed to help optimize the way you use Eprise to serve your various constituents; by identifying unique value propositions, leveraging talent, and improving productivity. This engagement provides the strategic platform from which organizations can employ a software-based business solution that is tailored to their specific business needs. The goal is to create a combination of solid process design and effective implementation planning.

Standard Setup and Planning: This five day engagement is designed to help your team acclimate itself to Eprise, get things up and running, and plan out the initial steps of your first Eprise project. Assistance with installation and configuration, two days of onsite developer training, and time spent on scoping the first project iteration with an eye to Eprise Best Practices will help your enterprise more rapidly harness the power of Eprise.

RightStart: Designed for clients who plan to do the bulk of the implementation themselves, but want to fully leverage Eprise Services for the initial effort, the Right Start program is a three to four week program that takes your team through training and implementation planning and provides implementation expertise from an Eprise Applied Solutions Architect during the initial development effort.

Upgrade Planning and Assistance: Eprise is designed to upgrade simply and quickly. Future releases are constructed to work seamlessly with sites built on previous versions. However, many clients take advantage of the Eprise toolset to significantly extend the capabilities of their websites. In those instances Eprise product experts are available to review your upgrade plans, identify any potential challenges, and assist with the upgrade itself when necessary.

Technical Assessment and Design: The Eprise Technical Assessment develops options and recommendations for a successful implementation of Eprise with existing application systems, technical infrastructure and architecture—all designed to better serve a client’s next generation of business solutions. The assessment takes an inventory of existing infrastructure and examines what modifications are necessary to match new applications and departmental goals. The Assessment also ensures that the technology implementation team understands the client’s requirements and challenges—such as security, cost and timeline to deployment—for successful system rollout.
