The following are great times to consider a Site Analysis:

• When your website objectives or traffic volumes have changed and the current implementation is no longer meeting all of your new performance or feature requirements
• New development initiatives are being planned in which you wish to leverage best practices to maximize the project’s success
• It has been one year or longer since your latest site review or initial launch
• You are planning on upgrading versions and want to ensure you are maximizing all new features

The scope of the Eprise Site Analysis is to provide a documented report with specific steps and recommendations based on an analysis of your current situation, Eprise Best Practices, and any identified objectives.

The Eprise Site Analysis service is generally a five day project with approximately two days on-site and the remaining time for issue research and the development of the recommendations document. Your Site Analysis consultant will remain accessible to you for a period of time after document delivery for follow-up questions or clarifications.
