The Standard Setup and Planning Service is designed to prepare your development team and environment for your first Eprise project. It focuses on:

• Installing and configuring Eprise for your implementation
• Providing the Eprise Site Development training for your developers
• Assisting in the initial planning of your implementation in accordance with Eprise Best Practices

The following are great times to consider a Standard Setup and Planning:

• When you are beginning your first implementation with Eprise
• When you are undertaking an implementation in Eprise with new development team members
• When you are upgrading from a version two or more releases older than our current version

The following are the focal points of our Standard Setup and Planning:

• Assisting your team in the proper installation and configuration of Eprise
• Teaching your developers the basic tenets of Site Development in Eprise
• Planning your first site with recommendations based on current Eprise Best Practices
• Custom feature implementation recommendations
• Knowledge transfer to your team

The scope of the Eprise Setup and Planning is to provide a properly configured installation of Eprise, the core development knowledge for your key developers, and the initial scope and plan for your first Eprise-driven site.

The Eprise Standard Setup and Planning service is generally a five day project with up to one day on-site allocated to getting your instance of Eprise installed and properly configured in a supported environment. Two days are dedicated to training up to four developers in Eprise Site Development. The remaining days, usually two to two and a half days, is spent with your key stakeholders scoping out the first site iteration with a focus on Eprise Best Practices and recommendations.
